Type and extent of processing

Incoming emails and other correspondence are archived according to legal requirements and deadlines. In general, the archiving will be done electronically.

Using our Email Encoder or Email Encoder API

When using the Email Encoder on this website as well as when using the Email Encoder API, the entered email addresses will be transmitted to our server via an encrypted connection. The submitted email addresses may be included in the server log files mentioned above. The log files are deleted after a certain amount of time.

We never store the submitted email addresses for marketing, spam, sale or other purposes. Furthermore, we do not store and determine on which websites and pages the Email Encoder API is used.
